Refund Policy

PromptWizard ("we", "our", or "the Extension") offers paid Pro subscriptions through Paddle as our Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
  • You have not materially used the Pro service (e.g. excessive usage that would make a refund unfair).
  • You contact us with a valid reason (e.g. technical issues we could not resolve, accidental duplicate purchase, or dissatisfaction with the product).

We do not issue refunds for partial months or for periods already consumed. Once a billing period has started, we do not prorate refunds for unused days.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at pevznerlital1@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your PromptWizard account and, if possible, your Paddle transaction ID or receipt.
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your request.

We will respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process it through Paddle. Refunds are typically reflected within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.

3. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle may have their own refund and chargeback policies. For payment-specific questions (e.g. failed charges, billing errors), you can also contact Paddle support. We work with Paddle to resolve any billing disputes in line with this policy and applicable law.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically refund the current period. If you want a refund for the current period and believe you qualify, you must submit a refund request as described above.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the paid service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
