By installing or using PromptWizard ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
PromptWizard is a VS Code / Cursor IDE extension that uses AI to enhance developer prompts. The service includes a free tier (20 prompts) and a paid Pro subscription ($8/month).
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
New users receive 20 free prompt refinements. After exhausting the free tier, a Pro subscription is required to continue using the service.
You agree not to: share your account token with others, attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the service, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
The Extension sends only the top 5 most relevant files from your project to our API for prompt generation. We do not store your code, prompts, or file contents. Your email is stored solely for account management purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All rights to the Extension and its underlying technology remain with the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for your personal or business development work.
The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that AI-generated prompts will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
